PILLE Physiotherapy I Musculoskeletal and Pelvic Clinic

Posture problems can occur at any age. I consider their treatment is very important, one problemetic area can cause a chain of functional problems for the entire locomotor system.

If your child has any asymmetry, slouched posture, scoliosis, feet that turn in or out, ankles that tilt inward, etc. examines an orthopedic specialist as soon as possible and, according to the age of our child, a conductor or physiotherapist! Don’t wait for functional impairment and pain to accompany the initial warning symptoms. As parents, let’s make sure and reassure ourselves that our child’s movement development is healthy. If the specialist still prescribes physical therapy or suggests some kind of sport, we should take our child to the sessions as much as we can, and do not interrupt the therapy. Feel free to ask the experts for help.

Both as an adult and as a child, if a musculoskeletal system change occurs that impairs OUR FUNCTIONS, we have not only flat feet, but our movements are uncoordinated, we can’t run without knocking our knees, we assume a crooked neck posture or a careless posture due to neck, back, and lumbar pains that occur every night, search a specialist with whom we are happy to work together and trust in her/his expertise.

You don’t have to live with musculoskeletal pain, you can moderate and eliminate them with lifestyle changes.
