House Rules

You can use our services by prior appointment. You can make an appointment by phone or through our online booking system. You will be notified by email of your successful booking. You will also receive a reminder email 3 days before your booking.

You should also make a note of your appointment in your diary!

You can cancel your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before the service via email, phone and the online booking system.

In case of cancellation within 48 hours or failure to show up, 50% of the fee for the booked service will be charged, and in case of cancellation within 24 hours, 100% will be charged. If the service fee is not paid, we will not be able to accept you again.

In case of acute illness, the cancellation fee will be waived once a year. In addition, the clinic may decide on a case-by-case basis. Furthermore, if possible, the appointment can be converted to a 50 minutes online consultation or online physiotherapy.

Arrive 5-10 minutes before your treatment to be present in spirit for the start of the therapy, to have time to change comfortably and have a glass of water.

Wash your hands before the session and use the hand sanitizer provided.

If you have an infectious illness, change your booking in good time and if you have mild cold symptoms, you must wear a mask in the surgery.

Keep the practice clean, put your street shoes in the designated shoe bin and wear a pair of guest shoes if you wish. No street shoes are allowed in the treatment rooms.

Bring your valuables to the treatment room. We are not responsible for valuables left in the lounge or changing rooms.

Bring your medical records and imaging scans (RTG, CT, MRI, UH) to your first appointment or send them via email!

Bring comfortable clothing (T-shirt, shorts/sweatpants) for movement. Shoes are not required.

You can come with a baby / toddler, who will be with you throughout the service. We are patient and love children. ☺ However, we cannot provide a place for an extra adult in waiting room! You can also bring someone with you to the manual examination of your pelvic floor muscles, who can stay with you during the examination!

Leave your stroller in the hallway outside the practice!

Be sure to come with an adult if you are under 18.

Smoking is not allowed in the practice or on the balcony.

Pets are not allowed in the practice.

Your personal and medical data will be kept in a data file and will not be disclosed to third parties under any circumstances.
