The services are available based on prior appointment booking. You can book appointment by e-mail, phone and the Internet booking system, Salonic’s system. Through Salonic’s booking system, your reservation will be visible to you in the Google Calendar and you will also receive a notification about it.

You can cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the service. On weekdays by the online booking system, email and phone, and on weekends by the online booking system and email.

In case of cancellation or failure to appear within 24 hours, 100% of the booked service fee must be paid. If the service fee is not paid, we will not be able to receive you again.

Arrive 5-10 minutes before the treatment so that you are mentally present for the start of the therapy, have time to change comfortably in the changing room, and drink a glass of water.

Before the treatment, wash your hands in the bathroom and use the hand sanitizer provided.

In case of an infectious disease, change your appointment in time, and in the case of mild cold symptoms, wearing a mask is compulsory in the clinic.

Take care of the cleanliness of the clinic, put your street shoes in the shoe shelf and wear guest slippers.

Do not leave your valuables in the hall and dressing room, bring them into the treatment room. We are not responsible for valuables left outside.

For the first time, if you have medical findings and imaging recordings (X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound), be sure to bring them with you or send them via email on the day of the treatment.

Bring comfortable clothes for movement (t-shirt, shorts).

Under the age of 18, you must be accompanied by an adult.

Smoking is prohibited in the surgery and on the balcony.

Pets are not allowed in the clinic.

We keep your personal and health data in a data register, and will not disclose them to third parties under any circumstances.
