Our lifestyle has changed a lot in the last century. An average Hungarian person sits for 6 hours a day, but some people work for 10-12 hours in the same sitting position.

As a result of the Covid-19 epidemic, unprecedented workplace transformations have taken place. In many places, personal appearance is now replaced by remote working from home, called home office. A sedentary lifestyle has been one of the leading causes of musculoskeletal complaints, but nowadays it damages even more significant the locomotor system. According to the WHO (World Health Organization), physical inactivity is the 4th leading risk factor for global mortality. A sedentary lifestyle and low physical activity predisposes to heart and circulation disorders, metabolism and malignant neoplastic changes.
