Lymphatic Massage

Lymphatic massage is a gentle, rhythmic manual therapy that supports the body’s lymphatic circulation and the natural regeneration of tissues.

How does a session work?

  1. Blood pressure measurement before the session – ensures safe treatment.
  2. Lymphatic massage – gentle, rhythmical strokes stimulate lymph flow.
  3. Bandaging or lymph tape (if needed)

Helps maintain and enhance the effects of the massage.

Lymph tape is available for an additional fee.

For bandaging, patients are asked to bring their own material and notify us in advance.

  1. Blood pressure measurement after the session – to monitor the body’s response.

Did you know?

A healthy adult produces 2–6 liters of lymph fluid daily, containing water, proteins, salts, lipids, and metabolic waste.

Lymphatic flow is stimulated by gravity, muscle contraction (exercise), proper hydration, lymphatic massage, and bandaging.

Many cosmetics can be absorbed through the skin and may contain parabens, formaldehyde, antibacterial agents, aluminum salts, antifungal additives, or butyl derivatives, which can negatively affect the hormonal, immune, and lymphatic systems.

In our praxis, we prioritize mineral oil-, silicone-, colorant-, and paraben-free oils and creams, ensuring safe and gentle treatments.

Tips for healthy lymphatic function

Choose cosmetic and cleansing products consciously

     Maintain regular physical activity

Ensure adequate hydration and balanced nutrition

Consider biannual detox lymphatic massages, if there are no medical contraindications
